Well the economy here in the Silicon Valley is still poopiee, however it does show signs of turning around. I'm hanging on to my bikes like grim death!!

Selling the 1098 and bought a KTM 690 SMC that is easily converts into a Enduro with a new set of wheels and sprockets. That's how I sold it to my wife that I would make money on the 1098 and pay less for the KTM so I'm in the black honey!!! I thought I did that quite well. Heh! Heh!

So I'm now down to a Honda 450X and the KTM (it is half the power of the 1098 but twice the fun).

The Honda is completely rebuilt and ready to go, now if I just had a job. So the plan is next year for the tour.

Next down size is sell house in CA and move to AZ. After that it's a tent LOL!

Time to go flog the SMC.

Till next time.

Tom

Wow, I think the KTM weighs maybe 10 pounds more than my DR-Z, and it has twice the power. I think I'd kill myself on such a bike.

Enjoy the ride!
